TAX LIENS AND FORECLOSURES
This Bill proposes to amend Section 5A-5.1, Kaua’i County Code 1987, as
amended, relating to Real Property Tax Liens and Foreclosures to authorize the
Department of Finance to assess a fee for the filing of the release of real property
tax liens
